Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and talent networks.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices.
