Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

• Development and Implementation : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end. Implement APIs, services, and data structures that support the business logic and user interfaces.

• Technical Leadership : Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

• Performance Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance on both client and server sides. Ensure that the application is responsive, fast, and scalable.

• Testing and Debugging : Diagnose and fix bugs, ensuring the application functions smoothly across various platforms.

• Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.

• Deployment and Maintenance : Oversee the deployment process, ensuring seamless releases and minimal downtime. Monitor and maintain applications in production, addressing any issues that arise post-deployment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in fullstack development or a related role with at least one live app and sizeable user base. Proven experience leading projects and mentoring junior developers

• Technical Skills: Experience in a few frontend web or mobile frameworks (e.g. react, flutter…), backend technologies (e.g. Express, GoLang, Firebase), and Javascript or similar tech-stack on the frontend or backend (preferably both). Proficient in microservices, messaging, CI/CD, DevSecOps mechanisms.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in building and maintaining analytics dashboards that are used for app optimization.

• Security and Performance Test : Promote "security-left" approaches, integrating security into the development process through coding conventions, unit tests, and static analyzers.

• Deployment Skills : Proven experience with automated deployment processes, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.

• Adaptability : Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to work in fast-paced, agile environments.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication with English fluency, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in leading discussions with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a high-growth tech company or consumer app environment, ideally in a similar capacity.

• Has extensive experience in using Flutter and Javascript
