Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design Strategy & Concept Development: Translate business and user needs into intuitive design concepts and prototypes for digital products.

User-Centered Design: Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring a seamless user experience at each stage

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and align with business goals.

User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights and user testing results.

Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

Prototyping & Usability Testing: Create and test prototypes to validate design assumptions, collecting feedback from users to refine the product before release.

Visual Design: Create visually compelling user interfaces (UI) that align with the product’s brand and deliver a cohesive user experience.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your process from concept to final implementation.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
UX/UI Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Iterative Design Process: Comfort with agile design processes and iterating based on user feedback and data insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Experience working in a tech company or startup environment, particularly on consumer-facing digital products.
Motion Design: Hands-on experience with motion graphic or video making project
Design Systems: Experience building and maintaining design systems for large-scale digital products.
